Jay Borden started Decisive Directions LLC to create a small, agile firm of skilled professionals dedicated to helping companies reach their potential through innovation, better decision making, strategy and practical alignment.
We've made a significant enhancement to the page where you land after you've completed your survey. If you are allowed to view your results, the page you land on will look something like the attached image. From this “home” page, you can quickly get a sense for many of the things you can review: your results, your 2 kinds of feedback, your group’s results, and other materials available to you. We are already finding that this is dramatically increasing users’ interactions (and learning) with the system after they’ve completed the questionnaire.

What if your leadership development incorporated Innovation Styles? That is the quest that lead Michele Patry, Founder and Principal of Innovative Facilitation Inc. to join as a practitioner with Innovation Styles Inc. Picture it... blue sky, cloudy periods and unleashing the innovative potential of leaders.

Michele is currently working at stirring the pot by launching a "Cooking-up Innovation" program in Ottawa, Canada where Innovative Facilitation is partnering with Brookstreet Hotel's Executive Chef, Michael Blackie to create a culinary challenge that will allow participants to 'taste' their innovation styles at work.

Innovative Facilitation creates and facilitates customized leadership and trainer development programs for organizations that are passionate about developing their people. Self-awareness is the cornerstone of Innovative Facilitation's work with leaders and Michele felt that the Innovation Styles profile would be a great tool to support leaders in more deeply understanding their own preferences, those of their team members and how to use this information in contributing to a culture of innovation.
